Build

A custom website, designed and built from scratch for how your business actually works. No templates, no page builders, no plugin roulette.

Every build starts with a conversation about what the site needs to do, and ends with a site that does exactly that. Builds are quoted per project once the scope is clear.

  • Structure, design and build, with two rounds of revisions

  • Performance, accessibility and SEO built in, not bolted on
  • Contact and enquiry forms delivered to your inbox
  • Redirects from your old URLs so search rankings carry over

  • Copywriting and photography (available as an add-on, or bring your own)
  • Full e-commerce with inventory and fulfilment
  • Logo and brand identity design
  • Ongoing changes after launch (see Manage)

Host

Hosting on Cloudflare's global network with monitoring, SSL and your domain renewal handled. If it goes down, we know before you do.

Hosting is a fixed monthly or annual fee. Nothing metered, no surprise bandwidth bills.

  • Domain renewal and DNS management
  • SSL certificates, renewed automatically
  • Form email delivery
  • Uptime monitoring with alerts to us
  • One emergency fix per year

What it isn’t

  • Content changes and new pages (see Manage)
  • Email hosting or mailbox management
  • Third-party subscriptions such as booking or e-commerce platforms

Manage

The Care Plan covers everything in Hosting plus a monthly allowance for changes, dependency and security updates, and regular performance and SEO checks.

Most clients on the Care Plan send a message when they need something, and it’s done within the week.

  • Everything in Hosting
  • Up to 2 hours of changes each month
  • Dependency and security updates
  • Quarterly performance and SEO check with a short written summary
  • Same-week response to requests

What it isn’t

  • Unused hours rolling over to the next month
  • Large new features or redesigns (quoted separately)
  • Marketing, ads or social media management

Who it’s for

  • Businesses whose site changes often: menus, services, seasonal offers
  • Anyone who wants updates handled without chasing
